Also known as: Klow Blend, KLOW, BPC-157, TB-500, KPV, GHK-Cu Blend
KLOW extends the GLOW concept by adding the anti-inflammatory tripeptide KPV to BPC-157, TB-500, and GHK-Cu. It is studied for recovery, gut and tissue healing, and skin quality, and its components are unapproved research peptides.

KLOW combines four peptides with complementary repair and anti-inflammatory actions. BPC-157 promotes VEGFR2- and nitric-oxide-driven angiogenesis and fibroblast migration; TB-500 sequesters G-actin to accelerate cell migration, vascularization, and wound closure; GHK-Cu stimulates collagen, elastin, and glycosaminoglycan synthesis and tissue-remodeling gene expression. KPV, the C-terminal tripeptide of alpha-MSH, exerts potent anti-inflammatory effects by inhibiting NF-kB and pro-inflammatory cytokine signaling, including in intestinal epithelium. Together the blend targets angiogenesis, matrix repair, and inflammation control simultaneously.
