BPC-157 is a stable gastric pentadecapeptide that upregulates VEGFR2 signaling and the nitric-oxide pathway to promote angiogenesis, fibroblast migration, and tendon, ligament, and gut healing. TB-500 is the active fragment region of Thymosin Beta-4, sequestering G-actin and accelerating cell migration, blood-vessel formation, and wound closure while modulating inflammation. GHK-Cu is a copper-binding tripeptide that stimulates collagen, elastin, and glycosaminoglycan synthesis, activates antioxidant and tissue-remodeling genes, and supports dermal and wound matrix repair. Used together the components target overlapping angiogenic, anti-inflammatory, and extracellular-matrix pathways.
