Peptide Reconstitution Calculator

Enter the vial size, how much bacteriostatic water you add, and the dose. The calculator converts that dose into units on a U-100 insulin syringe. It does not set a dose for you.

Research calculation tool — concentration and volume math for laboratory use.

Enter vial size, water, and dose to compute units to draw.

How it works

Example: a 5 mg vial with 2 mL of water gives 2.5 mg/mL. A U-100 syringe holds 100 units per mL, so each unit carries 25 mcg. A 250 mcg dose is therefore 10 units, and the vial holds 20 doses.

All insulin syringes sold as 0.3, 0.5, and 1 mL are U-100. The size only changes how many units fit in the barrel, not the math.
