Also known as: OS-01, Peptide 14, OneSkin peptide
OS-01 is a senotherapeutic peptide developed for topical skin application that targets cellular senescence to improve skin aging markers. It is studied for reducing senescent-cell burden and supporting youthful skin function.

OS-01 is a synthetic peptide identified through machine-learning screening to act as a partial senotherapeutic, modulating the activity of senescent skin cells rather than killing them outright. By influencing signaling pathways associated with the senescence-associated secretory phenotype (SASP), it aims to reduce the pro-inflammatory secretions that degrade the dermal matrix and accelerate visible aging. Topical application targets keratinocytes and fibroblasts to restore more youthful gene-expression patterns linked to barrier function and collagen support. The result studied is improved skin texture, hydration, and resilience associated with lowered senescent-cell burden.
