Also known as: Ipamorelin + Epithalon + CJC-1295 No DAC Blend
A research blend combining the GH secretagogues Ipamorelin and CJC-1295 (No DAC) with the telomere-associated peptide Epitalon. It is studied for combined growth hormone support and longevity-oriented effects.

CJC-1295 (No DAC, modified GRF 1-29) activates the pituitary GHRH receptor to amplify GH pulse amplitude, while Ipamorelin selectively stimulates the GHS-R1a (ghrelin) receptor to produce a clean, additional GH pulse with minimal cortisol or prolactin effect, giving a synergistic increase in pulsatile GH and IGF-1. Epitalon (Epithalon) is a synthetic tetrapeptide (Ala-Glu-Asp-Gly) studied for activation of telomerase and modulation of the pineal-gland melatonin axis, which is associated in research with longevity and circadian effects. The blend thus pairs two complementary GH secretagogue mechanisms with an independent telomere/pineal-targeted pathway.
