Also known as: Sermorelin & Ipamorelin, Sermorelin + Ipamorelin Blend
A widely studied research blend combining the GHRH analog Sermorelin with the highly selective ghrelin-receptor agonist Ipamorelin. It is examined for clean, synergistic growth hormone release with minimal off-target effects.

Sermorelin (GHRH 1-29) stimulates the pituitary GHRH receptor to drive growth hormone synthesis and pulsatile release. Ipamorelin is a selective GHS-R1a (ghrelin) receptor agonist that triggers an additional GH pulse without meaningfully elevating cortisol, prolactin, or aldosterone, giving it a cleaner profile than older GHRPs. Acting on two separate receptors, the pair produces a synergistic GH response while preserving physiologic feedback and the natural pulsatile pattern.
