Enclomiphene is the trans-isomer of clomiphene. It blocks estrogen receptors in the hypothalamus/pituitary, removing negative feedback so the body secretes more LH and FSH, which stimulates endogenous testosterone production while preserving fertility — unlike exogenous testosterone, which suppresses it.
