Also known as: N-Acetyl Semax Amidate / N-Acetyl Selank Amidate Blend
A research blend of two stabilized Russian-developed neuropeptides: N-Acetyl Semax (a nootropic ACTH fragment) and N-Acetyl Selank (an anxiolytic tuftsin analog). The combination is studied for cognition, focus, and stress modulation.

Semax is a synthetic analog of ACTH(4-10) that increases brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) and its receptor TrkB, modulates the dopaminergic and serotonergic systems, and inhibits enkephalin-degrading enzymes to extend endogenous neuropeptide activity. Selank is a synthetic heptapeptide analog of the immunomodulatory peptide tuftsin that modulates GABAergic and serotonergic tone, alters expression of interleukins and BDNF, and produces anxiolytic effects without sedation. The N-acetyl and amidate modifications protect both peptides from peptidase degradation, improving stability for intranasal delivery, and the blend pairs cognitive enhancement with stress reduction.
