Also known as: Fragment 176-191 & CJC-1295 & Ipamorelin, Fragment, CJC-1295, Ipamorelin, Fragment, Modified GRF, Ipamorelin
A three-part research blend combining the lipolytic HGH Fragment 176-191 with the GHRH analog CJC-1295 (No DAC) and the selective ghrelin-receptor agonist Ipamorelin. It is studied for its combined effect on endogenous growth hormone release and fat metabolism.

CJC-1295 (No DAC), a modified GRF 1-29 analog, binds the pituitary GHRH receptor to amplify the amplitude of growth hormone pulses, while Ipamorelin selectively activates the GHS-R1a (ghrelin) receptor to trigger a discrete GH pulse without significantly raising cortisol or prolactin. The two secretagogues act through complementary, synergistic pathways to increase pulsatile GH and downstream IGF-1. HGH Fragment 176-191 is the C-terminal lipolytic domain of growth hormone and is thought to stimulate beta-3 adrenergic lipolysis and inhibit lipogenesis without the glucose-altering or IGF-1-mediated effects of full-length GH.
